In our continuing efforts to find someone in the south who knows what frost heaves are, we finally came across one guy who got it right. Of course, he was from Canada, where they know something about cold.
Despite the ill-fated results of their first effort, Fred Marple and the missus took to the road again in 2010, seeking new ways to promote the town of Frost Heaves.
