Confused about social media tools? I can help.
Does your company need a blog? A Facebook page? Should you be tweeting? What is Twitter anyway? I can train you to understand these tools and then use them strategically to further your organization's communication goals. You can see a list of my corporate clients here.
I pioneered corporate blogging at Stonyfield Farm in April 2004. (That's me at right with the Stonyfield cow on the cover of Business Week.) The Stonyfield Farm blogs were the brainchild of company CEO Gary Hirshberg, who envisioned them as a new way to connect with customers. He was right. Blogging created a two-way connection, one that was fundamentally different from communications efforts such as public relations, marketing and advertising messages.
Today lots of companies are learning that it's no longer about broadcasting messages, but about listening to customers and building relatonships, using Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and blogging. Tomorrow it will be a whole different set of tools. Let me help you catch up and be ready for whatever digital media changes are around the corner.
Let's start one.
